These terms govern your use of aneayoga.com and any purchase you make from ANEAYOGA. By browsing or ordering, you agree to them.

Eligibility and use of the site

You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order. If you are a minor, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorised access, or infringing anyone's rights.

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order.
Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you or cancel and refund the order.
Payments are processed by our commerce and payment providers, subject to their terms.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Processing and shipping timelines are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the terms set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

We work to describe our products accurately, but sizing, fabric, and colour may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Product availability can change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue items at any time.

The ANEA and ANEAYOGA names and logos, product designs, photography, text, and site design are owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you send us reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our brand and marketing, and you confirm you have the rights to do so.
We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.

Our site links to third-party sites and platforms we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

You agree to indemnify and hold ANEAYOGA harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
